You are welcome to bring whatever your pet requires to be comfortable, including bedding, toys, his or her own food, or medications. It is very helpful if you label all of your pet’s belongings.
Please note: state regulations require that all medications be in their original containers with the original label, otherwise we cannot administer it. State regulations also require that your pet’s food be stored in an airtight, waterproof container labeled with your pet’s name.
Proof of vaccination is required for the safety of our guests. If your pet does not have vaccine documentation, or if you have questions about our policy, please contact us for more information. Under no circumstances will we accept a coughing or noticeably ill pet for boarding. If your pet is not current on vaccinations, according to our requirements, we recommend having your pet vaccinated at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.
To save time, you might also bring a copy of our boarding form, which you will need to fill out before your pet’s stay. If this is your pet’s first stay with us, we will also need you to fill out our new client form.
Check out time for overnight stays is 12 noon. Pick-ups after noon will be charged for another day of boarding.
